After your order arrives, you have 72 hours (3 Days) to inform us with CLEAR pictures of any DOA items. If Items are deemed DOA, you will receive store credit towards your next order. We do not issue refunds. Please do not discard corals until they are confirmed DOA.

We ship UPS Priority Overnight OR FedEx Next Day Air. In most cases your items will arrive the day after we ship by 10:30 AM.

If your order is shipping to your residence, we do not require signature. However; if your order is shipping to a commercial address, you must be there to sign for the package. It is always best to be available to receive your delivery for the health of the corals and to begin acclimation right away. We suggest holding your package for pickup if you will not be home to receive the package.
When you are placing your order, please pick a delivery day you will be home or the business will be open. We do not guarantee live arrival if you miss your first delivery attempt for any reason. This voids our live arrival guarantee.
Incorrect or inaccurate delivery addresses cause delivery issues including delays that can be detrimental to coral health. If a delivery issue occurs due to this, you must contact the shipping company with your tracking number and make the necessary corrections to receive delivery. Our live arrival guarantee does not cover losses when a delivery disruption occurs due to this.
We photo under a combination of whiter and bluer lighting spectrums for all our WYSIWYG Corals. We want to provide you with the most accurate representation of the coral, whether it be whiter or bluer spectrums.
Since we take our photos for the corals under whiter lighting, we like to take videos under blues. This gives you another perspective on how the coral will look in your tank!
We measure every single coral that is listed on our site. We want to provide you with accurate information so you can better plan your aquarium spacing and design. We measure the outermost length and width of each coral fully open.
We do not currently sell wholesale or offer vendor discounts at this time.

You may cancel your order, unless the order has already been shipped, in which case we cannot cancel your order. There is a restock fee of 25% of your order total for a cancelled order.
Yes, there is a box charge on all orders. The box charge is $9.99. However; you will only pay one box charge on your order, even if you have placed multiple orders to ship on the same day. Shipping is one of our biggest expenses. In order to be able to continue to serve you and keep up with the rising costs of inflation, the box charge is most necessary to do so.
